Siviwe leads Business Development, and manages Fusion's client portfolio. With over two decades in executive search, she brings extensive experience in client advisory, leadership engagement and strategic search execution.
Ilana Erasmus
Director
Ilana heads Research and Operations, overseeing methodology, market mapping architecture and search delivery standards. Having joined Fusion in 1999, she brings deep search expertise and a commitment to global best practice.
