Siviwe Shongwe
Siviwe is a Director of Fusion Consulting and heads up the Business Development function, managing and providing strategic guidance and mentorship to the team of Account Executives within the company. She started as a Research Executive in the search industry in 2001, and joined Fusion in 2004 as a Senior Researcher. In this role she successfully completed a range of executive and middle management assignments for the Southern African region. Siviwe’s successes at the company led to her current position as Director. She also manages Fusion’s client portfolio, which includes developing business strategy and the formation of key alliances with top-tier organisations in various regions.
 

Ilana Erasmus
Ilana is a Director of Fusion and heads the Research and Operations division of the company. She has been in executive search for well over a decade and joined Fusion in 1999. Ilana's main responsibilities focus on managing Fusion's operational and research processes, ensuring that the company maintains its track record of excellence and adopts international best practices in its approach. Ilana has a wealth of experience as a Senior Researcher across a number of sectors and has worked with clients both nationally and internationally. In particular, Ilana brings a firm track record of industry knowledge across multiple sectors and a dedication to exceptional delivery.
