Today’s article is so relevant to all of us at Fusion Consulting, as after 4 great years, we have outgrown our office space and have moved into new offices.


We love the fact that we can now “breathe” in a space designed to meet our team’s requirements - a work space with good flow, a chill area to relax, have a meal and catch up, and comfortable and spacious meeting rooms.   


We are sure you will agree how important our workspace is as it is almost our ‘second home’ in terms of the time we spend there during the day!

The traditional role of HR within an organisation is often defined as “managing the employees within a company, who collectively contribute to the achievement of the company’s strategic objectives”. It is the individual people who make up an organisation and contribute to its success.  HR assists the organisation by attracting new employees, developing the skills required to meet the organisation’s goals, and ultimately creating a loyal and motivated workforce.

A disturbing study conducted online in the US showed that most employees take employer's confidential information with them outside of the office and even with them to their next employer.
 
The survey showed that employees are in the habit of taking company data home with them and even transferring it onto their personal computers.
